Morning:

Lunch:

  • Essiac Tea (2 onces)
  • 15 drops of Milk Thistle
  • Green Protein Powder (20ml)

  • 1 Multi Enzyme
  • 1 Q-10 (coenzyme 30mg)
  • 1 Vitamin E 400ui
  • 1 Digest Aid (bile salts 100mg)
  • 1 Vit C (500ui)
  • 1 B50
  • 1 B1 (100mg)
  • 1 Multivit
  • 1 Niacin (100mg)

  • 2 glasses of vegy juice (350ml each)
    • as available: Spinach leaves, Beetroots, Broccoli, Romain Lattuce, Kale, Tomato, Cauliflowers.
    • always: Carrots, Celery, Onion, Garlic and Ginger.
  • 1 tbs Phanter Piss
