2 - Biopsy polyp sigmoid

GROSS DESCRIPTION

1 - Three pale yellow to off-white soft fragments of tissue, ranging from less than 0.1 up to 0.2 cm in diameter. Atu. (3 pieces).

2 - Three off-white to light brown shiny rounded soft portions of tissue, ranging from less than 0.1 up to 0.2 cm. in diameter. Atu. (3 pieces).

DIAGNOSIS

1 - Biopsy of polypoid lesion in cecum - with granulation tissue.

2 - Hyperplastic polyp - sigmoid.
