Report from Associated Radiologists
Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada
Exam Date 2004 February 2

ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND

Liver contains five focal lesions, three in the right lobe, the largest of which measures 2.3 x 1.7 x 2.5 cm and two in the left lobe the largest of which measures 1.5 x 2.2 x 1.7 cm. These have a target type appearance, and are likely metastasis.

Gallbladder has adenomyosis of the wall and a tiny, 2 mm polip. No gallstones identified.

Pancreas, spleen and left kidney unremarkable.

Right kidney has at least moderate hydronephrosis. The ureter could not be followed that far as the right lower quadrant was obscured by overlying bowel gas so the level and cause of the obstruction is not identified on this scan.

Thank you for your referral.
